Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refunds
   •    Cancellations made 24+ hours prior → 80% deposit refunded.
   •    Cancellations within 24 hours → deposit is non-refundable.
   •    No-shows are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable.

Rescheduling
   •    Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before appointment time.
   •    Cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours.
   •    The salon may adjust booking times when needed — clients will be notified.

Late Arrivals
   •    Late arrivals may shorten treatment time to avoid impact on following clients.
   •    15+ min late may lead to cancellation with no refund
