Appointments & Bookings
   •    All appointments are subject to availability.
   •    Deposits may be required for online bookings.
   •    You are responsible for selecting the correct service and duration when booking.

Arrival & Time Management
   •    Please arrive on time for your appointment.
   •    Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
   •    Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.

Service Results & Consultation
   •    Treatment results vary based on skin, hair condition and aftercare.
   •    A consultation is performed prior to service. Final price will be confirmed before beginning.
   •    We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment where required for safety.
